Development of marketing platform "AD EBiS".

Currently, we are developing with a system of 30 people in Japan and 40 people in our Vietnamese subsidiary, but after developing a policy to further strengthen our development capabilities and understanding the site, product technologies such as selection and introduction of new technologies.

We are looking for human resources who can play an active role in leading the company.

With over 9,000 installations, we are involved in the development of Japan's No. 1 product as an advertising measurement system, increasing the value of the product, and at the same time, creating a more solid organizational system.

Big data + Artificial Intelligence + Data-Driven Action

Required experience and skills

  • At least 5 years experience as a project manager in software development.
  • Experience in problem discovery (prediction), problem solving, communication, and negotiation.
  • Engineers who want to make Vietnam a more advanced country than Japan.

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • We want engineers who want to grow strongly and can sympathize with that idea.
  • We want engineers who think the meaning of working “for customers and colleagues” is important.

  • 2 years experience work in IT company as IT comunicator
  • Experience in meeting with Japanese side (parent company)
  • Can afford high pressure when working between Vietnam and Japan

▼ Want

  • Want to learn about IT system
  • Interpretation experience with Japanese lawyers, auditors and accountants.
  • Acquisition of JLPT over N2
  • Experience teaching Japanese language training sessions at the company

[Target!]

  • Acquisition of educational experience: You can teach [Japanese using basic IT] in the University's Japanese department.
  • Future goals: Aiming for "problem discovery (prediction) ability, problem solving ability, communication ability, and negotiation ability!
    Not just interpreting, but aiming to improve management or work experience!
